I first assess current training and development methods and and then tailor custom solutions by enforcing GMP standards in order to increase hygiene and operational excellence.
Inventory & Materials Planning
I evaluate and improve existing ordering systems to ensure tighter control of the ordering process. I then develop new systems to help employees learn and grow using Lean Six Sigma methodology, maximizing their output and efficiency.
Supply Chain & Distribution
I negotiate contracts to optimize volume and pass through. This includes planning and managing procurement activities and sourcing.

I have experience in strategy planning, inventory management & logistics synchronization. I establish & maintain strong working partnerships with key suppliers. I determine appropriate end-to-end processes and tools needed to achieve development, delivery, reliability and availability goals.
